    General

    Why is Bybit Web3 discontinuing some of the product services?

    In line with our commitment to adapting to the evolving on-chain ecosystem and ensuring the provision of the highest-grade services to our Web3 users, we are adjusting our product and service offerings. These changes involve the discontinuation of specific products and services as we transition to better serve Web3 users. After the transition, users who have not completed the transfer may be required to complete KYC verification on Bybit to access and transfer their remaining assets.




    Which Web3 features will be affected?

    The following services will be discontinued:

    • April 8, 2025, at 16:00 PM (UTC): NFT Pro, Inscription Marketplace, and IDO pages will be taken offline. All access points will be removed from both the website and Bybit App.

    • May 31, 2025, at 12:00 PM (UTC): Cloud Wallet, Keyless Wallet, DexPro, NFT, and Swap & Bridge services will be officially shut down.

     

    Note: Seed Phrase Wallet, Airdrop, Staking, and DApps remain unaffected.




    Will I still be able to access these pages afterward?

    Once the services are taken offline, all related access points will be removed, and the original pages will no longer be accessible. Please ensure that you complete any asset management and related actions before the designated deadlines to avoid asset loss. However, please note that the Seed Phrase Wallet, Airdrop, Staking, and DApps are still available online.




    Is this discontinuation related to the stolen funds?

    No, it is not related. This adjustment is solely aimed at providing higher-quality services for Web3 users. We are optimizing and upgrading our existing product framework and services.



    Marketplace

    How to transfer NFTs?

    Ensure that sufficient gas fees are available in your wallet to use the transfer function for sending your NFTs to another wallet, and continue trading NFTs via supported platforms.




    What will happen to my assets in NFT Pro after the service is discontinued?

    Please ensure that all listed NFTs are transferred out before the offline date. Any active listings will be automatically delisted, and assets will be returned to your wallet. You may continue trading your NFTs by connecting your wallet to the following supported platforms:

    • ETH Chain: OpenSea, Blur, Magic Eden

    • Mantle Chain: Element Marketplace, Mintle




    How to transfer inscription assets?

    Use the transfer function to send inscriptions to another wallet. You can continue trading inscriptions on platforms such as Unisat."




    What will happen to my assets in the Inscription Marketplace after the service is discontinued?

    All unfulfilled listings will be automatically canceled, and assets will be returned to your wallet. You may withdraw your inscriptions and continue trading on platforms like Unisat and Magic Eden.




    What will happen to my assets in IDO after the service is discontinued?

    All token sales on the IDO page have concluded, and token distributions have been completed.






    Wallets

    Why can't I create a new Cloud Wallet and Keyless Wallet anymore?

    As part of the Web3 transformation, new wallet creation for Cloud Wallet and Keyless Wallet has been disabled and is no longer supported. However, we still support Seed Phrase Wallet on Web3.




    What happens to my assets in Cloud Wallet and Keyless Wallet after the service is discontinued?

    We strongly recommend transferring your assets in Cloud Wallet and Keyless Wallet to another supported wallet, such as Seed Phrase Wallet or Bybit Wallet, before the cutoff date. Failure to do so may result in asset loss.




    How do I withdraw tokens?

    Please refer to our official guide on How to Deposit and Withdraw Tokens on Bybit Web3.

     

    If you are using Cloud Wallet, please refer to the following steps:

    1. Ensure you have sufficient gas fees in your wallet to complete the transfer. You may top up your wallet to cover gas fees.

    2. Use the "Send" function in the Bybit Web3 Wallet to transfer your multi-chain tokens to Bybit funding account or your Bybit seed phrase wallet.

    3. Alternatively, you may transfer assets to other on-chain wallets such as MetaMask.

    4. Once the transfer is complete, please remove this wallet address from any exchange account or wallet address book to avoid future mistaken deposits.

    5. For staked tokens, please redeem and transfer them promptly.

     

    If you are using Keyless Wallet, please refer to the following steps:

    1. Ensure you have sufficient gas to complete the transfer. You may top up your gas balance if needed.

    2. Use the "Send" function in the Bybit Web3 Wallet to transfer your tokens to a Bybit seed phrase wallet or any other on-chain wallet.

    3. After completing the transfer, remove the wallet address from any exchange account or address book to avoid mistaken deposits.

    4. For staked tokens, please redeem and transfer them promptly.




    Why am I unable to withdraw successfully?

    Please ensure that you have sufficient Gas Fees in your wallet and make sure that the destination wallet supports the token and blockchain you’re using to avoid loss due to incompatible deposits.




    I encountered an error. What should I do?

    Please refer to the following possible error message and the corresponding action:

    How can I add a gas fee?

    If you have insufficient gas fees, you may make an on-chain deposit. Alternatively, you may bridge from another asset to transfer gas tokens from a different network.




    I withdrew assets to my wallet, but didn't see them in my destination wallet. What could be wrong?

    Please ensure the transaction is confirmed on-chain by checking the transaction hash, and that the destination wallet supports the token and network used.




    I have multiple tokens in my wallet. How can I migrate them all at once?

    We currently recommend transferring tokens individually, but we are exploring more efficient solutions for asset migration. Please stay tuned for updates.




    What should I do if I mistakenly deposited a wrong deposit before the service was discontinued?

    If the mistaken deposit was made before the service discontinuation, please be informed that your case will be reviewed after May 31, 2025. Kindly submit your case via webform with your UID, and we will process it accordingly after that date. Thank you for your patience.




    What should I do if I mistakenly made a wrong deposit after the service was discontinued?

    Submit your case via webform as soon as possible, including your UID. We will do our best to assist you. The expected response time might take up to 3 business days.




    What if I miss the withdrawal window?

    If you still have assets in the wallet, please contact our customer support via webform with your UID as soon as possible for assistance. We will assist you in the withdrawal process.

     

    Trading

    What happens to my Apex positions if I hold them before the product is taken offline?

    You can still manage your positions on the Apex website. If you previously used Cloud Wallet to trade, please connect using the extension.

     



     

    Earn

    What happens to staking after the service ends?

    If you do not currently have any staking assets, the staking page will be removed.

    If you do have active staking positions, please unstake your assets immediately and transfer them to Bybit Seed Phrase Wallets or other supported Web3 Wallets. If your fixed-term staking does not mature before May 31, please contact our customer service via webform after maturity, and include your UID for assistance with your asset transfer.




    Why can’t I find certain pools on the staking page?

    Some pools may have been removed due to project completion or insufficient liquidity.

     

     

     

    Is there any way I can convert the unsupported wallet to a supported wallet?

    A Private Key Emergency Escape feature has been launched to assist users with remaining assets in their MPC (Keyless Wallets), even after these wallets have been discontinued on Web3. Please note that this is not supported for Cloud Wallet. 

     

    Please login to App MPC (Keyless Wallet), you will see a banner on Web3. Tap Continue on the Private Key Emergency Escape banner and verify with your device password.

     

     

     

    Select your MPC wallet and acknowledge it with the Bybit Web3 Terms of Service, then tap Continue to transfer your MPC (Keyless Wallet) to a Seed Phrase.
